With 20+ years of experience (15 with Reed & 5 with Informa Markets) and driving many of the key initiatives Paul Dwyer wants to share that passion and work with other Event organizers & businesses.
Having worked in & with various disciplines over two decades, including Finance, Customer Service, Procurement, Registration, Business Development (M&A), Pricing, Marketing, Operations & Onsite IT. Paul brings a vast understanding of the industry & products that can help your customers attain success while enhancing your brand & customer loyalty.
Paul has extensive knowledge on both the Revenue & Expense side. Lead numerous RFP's during the vendor selection process, and has worked on & negotiated numerous contracts, while fostering strong vendor relationships.

While at Reed Exhibitions & Informa Markets; Paul worked on various projects to drive growth, improve customer experience and use data for decision making.
While at Informa, Paul oversaw, Procurement, Data Management, Customer Service & Onsite IT. Paul consolidated systems & introduced Tech to improve the customer journey. Also at Informa Paul streamlined Vendors & identified economies of scale which produced $ Millions in Savings.
While at Reed, Paul oversaw Registration and was at the forefront of designing a better registration experience and enhancing Lead Retrieval. Paul drove the Floor Plan Pricing Financial models, to increase yield/flex pricing.
